What is Community Action Connect?

Community Action Connect works to “connect” local families and neighbors with specific needs to items though the support of the community
Community Action often identifies families or individuals that have specific needs, which are not met by existing programs.
By contributing, you can connect individuals and families within our community with items they need to thrive.

Purpose

To offer community support to vulnerable families and individuals, connect the community with our organization, and provide information on how to support our services.
