I’ve received my new power bill. Why doesn’t it show the pledge amount?

The amount of the pledge will not immediately be posted to your account as a payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for this to appear on your bill. After the pledge is made, continue to pay the new charges on your bill as usual. If two billing cycles pass since your appointment and you do not see a payment posted to your bill, first call your energy provider (for example, Pacific Power). If you need further information, call our office at 888-1574.
